The training journey is to help you improve your health and strengthen your body, for both you and your baby. Postnatally, most women feel guilty of self-care. Taking care of yourself is best for you and your loved ones.

All my  trainings will involve some or all of the following:

  • Myofascia release
  • Breathing exercises focusig on the pelvic floor
  • Warm-up
  • Strength training
  • Cool down

It is essential to get clearance from you Women’s Physio and Gynae before embarking in any exercise program
